Job Description:

Our company is seeking a Cold Outreach Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through various digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, email, and messaging applications. Your primary goal will be to nurture leads and once are ready to book our studio, then pass them to our booking manager who will close them. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of cold outreach strategies and prior experience in a similar role. Experience in messaging through platforms like instagram and messenger are essential. 

Job Commitment:

Part-time. Flexible Schedule
Once a day you will have to dedicate time to send out the necessary out reach messages to the given leads list.It is also important to dedicate 4 hours a day to respond to the leads and their questions. The work will be done through either laptop or phone.  Messages will come in through a dedicated app. The work can be done anywhere with a strong internet connection. The work is roughly 4-5 hours a day. Including weekends.

Key Responsibilities: Cold Outreach Campaigns:

-Use the cold outreach sequences scripts tailored to different customer segments.

The Client Service Representative is the primary point of contact between the client and MLR during a client booking which requires you to coordinate the daily activity required to provide a high level of service to assigned production clients.

The position demands careful attention to a Clients’ ever-evolving schedule & needs and a deep understanding of our operational procedures, always conveyed with utmost professionalism both internally and externally.
The successful applicant will have opportunities to work from home but is expected to be available to work from the office when required.

Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact between MLR and our customers for long and short format productions
- Answer inquires via email and social media and converts them into clients.
- Schedule in clients and advise the ground operator team.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a second-to-none customer experience at all levels of production
- Advise of any issues likely to affect the quality of service that we provide to our customers
- Input equipment orders and generate quotes Including but not limited to the sourcing and rental of specialized equipment
- Review show rental billing
- Approve daily/weekly reports to ensure all orders and jobs are accurately billed and closed
- Assist the other members of the team.
-Reduce costs whenever and wherever possible

We’re on the hunt for the HAPPIEST person in Toronto to fill the Casual role of Bookings Manager at our new film studio - Moonlight Studio.
You own the overall bookings experience from the initial enquiry, “selling” Moonlight Studio and Products, addressing any questions or concerns and booking them.

You will be a PHONE CALL SUPERSTAR who thinks quickly on your feet and adjusts your communication style to suit all sorts of people and personalities. This role will require you to LOVE speaking on the phone, build relationships with potential clients, sell them on the “Moonlight” experience and book their sessions in.
If phone calls scare you, THIS IS NOT the role for you.
You love working collaboratively in a team but also love the autonomy of working on your own. You know how to organise yourself, anticipate needs and proactively complete tasks without supervision or direction.

- Are involved in the creative industry or film and know the working structure.

This is primarily a work from home position. However, we will occasionally require you to work at Moonlight studio. So you must be prepared to travel.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION
- You will be responsible for calling all Leads and converting them to bookings. This is the primary responsibility of your role.
- You will be at the heart of our business and the first point of contact for most leads that come in..
- You will be responsible for initiating the Client Booking Workflow ensuring all clients are informed and educated with regard to the experience - particularly with regards to “Pricing”.
- Managing cold responses, appointment setting, booking calls and qualifying clients.
- Daily calls / emails / Dms to clients, answering and resolving client telephone & email enquiries & follow up efficiently with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
- Running a seamless experience for clients through effective administrative procedures and workflows.
- Data administration including processing, updating client and account details.
- Any other administration duties that may arise, as directed.


CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
- Resilience with regards to “rejection” and hearing the word “no” on booking calls
- Ability to identify “objections” when talking to clients and handling them effectively
- Ability to identify the difference between a good client and one that may not be the right fit
- Confident, super friendly - you will demonstrate a keen interest in getting to know our clients
- You must be coachable and open to feedback with a willingness to learn
